Apparel supply chain

From mill to store, one leg at a time

Cloth and garments usually change hands three times before they reach a shop: from the mill or factory to a wholesaler or brand hub, from there to dealers, and from dealers to retail stores. Pick the leg you ship. Each one moves as part load, so you pay for the space your bales and cartons take.

Leg 01

Mill to wholesaler or hub

Bales and bundles leaving a mill or garment unit for a wholesaler or a brand's distribution hub. We collect from your dock, issue the LR at pickup and move the goods on a scheduled lorry to the destination branch, covered all the way. Volumes jump before festivals and the wedding season, and part load lets you send what is ready without waiting to fill a truck.

Textile logistics

How textile transport works with us

Part truck load (PTL), also known as less than truck load (LTL), suits textile dispatches that are bulky but rarely fill a whole truck. Your bales and cartons share a lorry with other goods on the same route, which keeps fabric transport costs in line with what you actually send. We run fixed, scheduled routes on our own closed-body lorries, not market vehicles, so cloth stays clean and dry, and every vehicle has GPS and FASTag.

What is your typical dispatch?

  1. 01

    Book

Share the pickup address, delivery pin codes, number of bales or cartons and approximate weight, or request a pickup online. Bookings placed before 4:00 PM qualify for the next 24 or 48 hour slot.

  2. 02

    Pickup and LR

Bales and cartons are collected from your mill, factory or godown in a closed-body lorry, and a lorry receipt (LR) is issued at pickup. What is a lorry receipt?

  3. 03

    Consolidation and line haul

Your consignment travels with other part loads on the same lane to the destination branch. Our team keeps a daily watch on e-way bills while the goods are in transit.

  4. 04

    Delivery and tracking

Last mile delivery to the dealer or store. Anyone with the LR number can track the consignment, and the consignee signs for the goods on delivery.

FAQ

Textile and garment transport questions

For anything else, call your nearest branch or send us an enquiry.

Do you transport readymade garments?

Yes. Garments in cartons, fabric rolls and bales move with us for mills, wholesalers and apparel brands. Retail and apparel distribution is one of the sectors we actively serve.

Will the cloth stay clean and dry?

Every vehicle in our fleet is a closed-body container lorry, so bales and cartons are protected from rain, dust and weather on every trip. We do not use open trucks.

Can you supply the stores of a retail chain?

Yes. Recurring dispatches between distribution hubs and store networks are part of our regular work. Book each store as its own consignment with its own LR. Pickups can run daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly.

Do you offer packers and movers or household shifting?

No. We carry business freight for mills, traders, brands and retailers. We do not offer household shifting.

Do you handle export shipments?

No. We are a road operator inside Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chennai and Tumakuru. We do not handle air, sea or export freight.

Which areas do you cover?

Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Chennai, plus Tumakuru in Karnataka, from our branches in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Kadapa. That is 145 delivery locations in all. Use the pin code check to confirm a dealer or store’s town before you book.

How long does textile delivery take?

From Vijayawada, it is 24 hours to Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Chennai, and 48 hours to Tirupati, Srikakulam and Vizianagaram. From Hyderabad, it is 24 hours to Vijayawada, Guntur and Kurnool. From Visakhapatnam, it is 24 hours to Vijayawada, Srikakulam and Vizianagaram, and 48 hours to Tirupati. The rest of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is covered within 72 hours. Bookings placed before 4:00 PM qualify for the next slot. Times are indicative and confirmed at booking, and the pin code check shows the time for your town.

Can you collect from our mill or godown?

Door pickup and delivery is one of our core services, so yes. Add your pickup address when you request a pickup or a rate. Pickups can run daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly, planned around how often you dispatch.

How is textile part load freight charged?

You pay for the weight of your consignment on the lane it travels, not for a whole vehicle. We charge on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Bales and garment cartons are bulky for their weight, so the volumetric weight often decides the charge. Use the freight calculator for an indicative band, then ask your branch for a firm rate.

What if our dispatch is more than 3 tonnes?

Ask about our Speed Service. For loads above 3 tonnes we can send a dedicated vehicle from Vijayawada, Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam once the destination, vehicle and timing are agreed. Tell us the weight and our booking team will advise.
