What our last mile delivery covers
Last mile delivery is the final leg: from our lorry to the door of the business receiving the goods. Ours is B2B last mile delivery, so the receiver is usually a dealer, a distributor, a stockist or a store, and this is the part of the journey their own customer actually sees.
We run our last mile delivery service as part of the same booking. Consignments travel on our own lorries and are delivered through our branches and trusted agent network, so the receiver gets the goods at their door, with proof of delivery, rather than being asked to collect them.
Our delivery list covers 145 locations: 128 in Andhra Pradesh, 11 in Telangana, five delivery points in Chennai and Tumakuru in Karnataka. Some pin codes are ODA locations, where the final leg is confirmed at booking. Check yours on this page before you ship.

Every vehicle runs with GPS and FASTag. E-way bills are monitored daily, with extensions handled in transit, so a consignment is not held up on paperwork.
Stage 3 of 4Out for delivery
The final leg goes to your receiver’s door through our branches and agent network. For ODA pin codes, the final leg is confirmed at booking.
Stage 4 of 4Delivered
The consignment is delivered at your receiver’s door with proof of delivery, and you get SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates. Regular shippers also get MIS reports by email.

What is last mile delivery?
It is the final leg of a shipment, from the lorry to the receiver’s door, and the part of last mile logistics your own customer sees. With Lucky Express it is part of the same booking, delivered through our branches and agent network with proof of delivery.
Where do you deliver?
To 145 locations: 128 in Andhra Pradesh, 11 in Telangana, five delivery points in Chennai and Tumakuru in Karnataka. The full list is on this page, by state.
Do you deliver in Chennai?
Yes, to five delivery points: Ambattur, Koyambedu, Madhavaram, Red Hills and Wall Tax Road. Vijayawada to Chennai runs at 24 hours.
What is an ODA location?
An ODA pin code is outside the regular delivery area. It is still on our list, but the final leg to it is confirmed when you book.
How will I know the consignment was delivered?
You get SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates, the consignment can be tracked by its LR number, and regular shippers get MIS reports by email.
Do you deliver directly to shops and dealers?
Yes. Delivery is to the receiver’s door, whether that is a dealer, a distributor, a stockist or a store.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the lane: 24 hours on our busiest lanes, 48 hours on the next ring out, and anywhere else in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana within 72 hours. Check your pin code on this page to see the tier.
How much does last mile delivery cost?
It is part of the consignment rate, which depends on the weight and size, where it is going and what you are sending. Send the details through the rate form and we will quote a firm figure.
