What door pickup and delivery covers
Door pickup and delivery takes both ends off your hands. We collect the consignment from your dock, whether that is a factory, a godown or a shop, and deliver it to your receiver’s door at the other end. Nothing has to be dropped at a branch, and nothing waits at a branch for someone to come and collect it.
It is a door to door transport service run on our own network. Pickup and delivery are handled through our own branches and trusted agent network, and the goods travel in a closed body vehicle from our own fleet, with GPS on every vehicle.
Book a single pickup when you need one, or set a fixed plan, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly, if you ship on a routine. Book before 4:00 PM and the consignment qualifies for the next 24 or 48 hour slot.

How a door pickup works
From your dock to your receiver’s door, in four stages.
Stage 1 of 4Request
Request a pickup online, call your branch or set a fixed pickup plan. Tell us the pickup address, the destination, what you are sending, the weight and how often you ship.
Stage 2 of 4Collect
A closed body lorry from our own fleet comes to your dock, the consignment is loaded, and it is booked with its own LR number.
Stage 3 of 4On the road
Every vehicle runs with GPS and FASTag. E-way bills are monitored daily, with extensions handled in transit, so a consignment is not held up on paperwork.
Stage 4 of 4Delivered to the door
The consignment is delivered to your receiver’s door, not left at a branch. You get SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates, and regular shippers get MIS reports by email.

Can I set a regular pickup day?
