What happens after you send it
Lorry booking online takes three short steps on this page. Here is what follows once you send it.
The branch calls you
A named person calls during counter hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to confirm the pickup slot and the rate.
We collect from your dock
A closed body lorry from our own fleet collects, and you get an LR number for each consignment when it is booked.
Your dealers receive it
Delivered to their door on the lane’s transit tier, with SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates to you.
Questions about booking a pickup
How do I book a lorry online with Lucky Express?
Fill in the three steps on this page: your pickup pin code and delivery pin codes, what you ship, and your business details. The branch calls you during counter hours to confirm the pickup slot and the rate.
Is this booking for a full lorry?
No. This is lorry load booking online for parcels and part loads, which share a vehicle. We do not take full truckload jobs. For a single load above 3 tonnes, Speed Service sends a dedicated vehicle from Vijayawada, Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam once the timing is agreed.
Can I book one pickup for several dealers?
Yes. Add up to 10 delivery pin codes in the first step. Each consignment gets its own LR number, and the branch confirms the transit for each destination on the call.
Do I need the receivers’ details to send this request?
No. The request only needs the delivery pin codes. The LR is made out to each receiver, so their name, address and phone are needed when the consignment is booked. Add them in the third step if you have them handy, or share them on the call.
Do I need a GSTIN to book?
No. The GSTIN field is optional. Add it if you have it.
How soon can my consignments leave?
Bookings placed before 4:00 PM qualify for the next 24 or 48 hour slot on the lane. Our busiest lanes run at 24 hours, the next ring out at 48 hours, and anywhere else in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana within 72 hours.
Which areas can you collect from?
Anywhere in Vijayawada, plus the service points around our Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Kadapa branches. For other addresses in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, send the request and the branch confirms whether we can collect.
How do I pay?
At the counter or by transfer: GPay, PhonePe, internet banking, NEFT, RTGS and IMPS.
