How do I track my consignment?
Consignment tracking here runs on the LR number alone. Enter it in the box at the top of this page and select Track consignment. The status and the full movement history load on the same page, with no login needed.
Where do I find the LR number on my lorry receipt?
It is printed on the lorry receipt issued when we accepted the goods. If a supplier sent the order to you, ask them for the number.
Is the consignment number the same as the LR number?
Yes. Consignment number tracking and LR tracking are the same thing here. Some shippers say consignment number, some say lorry receipt number, and either one goes in the box above.
Is Lucky Express Cargoes tracking free to use?
Yes. Lorry receipt number tracking is open to anyone holding the number, so the sender and the receiver can both check the same delivery.
Why does my LR number show no result?
Usually the booking is very recent, a character was mistyped, or the goods moved with another transporter. Check the number against the receipt and try again, then call the branch.
How long should my delivery take?
24 hours on daily service lanes, 48 hours where one transhipment is involved, and up to 72 hours anywhere else in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Times are indicative and confirmed at booking.
Can the receiver track the shipment as well?
Yes. Anyone with the LR number can open this page, and the result link can be shared instead of retyping the number.
What do I need to collect goods from a branch?
Call the branch shown on your result before travelling, and carry the LR copy and your identification. [Exact documents to be confirmed by LEC]
