What part load transport is
Part load transport, also called PTL or part truck load, is for consignments that fill part of a lorry rather than all of it. Your goods travel alongside other customers’ goods in a closed body vehicle on a fixed route, and you pay for the space your consignment takes instead of hiring the whole lorry.
Our part load transport service is the job the company was built around. We are a part load and parcel operator and do not take full truckload jobs, so nothing sits waiting for a lorry to fill. Every lane has a published transit tier: 24 hours on the busiest lanes, 48 hours on the next ring out, and anywhere else in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana within 72 hours.
It suits manufacturers and distributors moving stock to dealer networks: auto components and tyres, agrochemicals, feed, FMCG, electricals, paints and apparel. A single load above 3 tonnes can go by Speed Service instead, on a dedicated vehicle.

How a part load moves with us
Four stages, the same on every lane.
Stage 1 of 4Book
Call your branch or send us the lane, the weight, what you are sending and how often you ship. Book before 4:00 PM and the consignment qualifies for the next 24 or 48 hour slot.
Stage 2 of 4Collect and load
We collect from your dock or you hand it in at the branch counter. It is loaded in a closed body lorry with other part loads on the same route, and you get an LR number at booking.
Stage 3 of 4On the road
Every vehicle runs with GPS and FASTag. E-way bills are monitored daily, with extensions handled in transit, so a consignment is not held up on paperwork.
Stage 4 of 4Delivered
The consignment is delivered at the receiving location. You get SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates, and regular shippers get MIS reports by email.

What is part load transport?
Part load transport, also called PTL or part truck load, moves a consignment that fills part of a lorry. It shares the vehicle with other consignments on the same route, and you pay for the space it takes rather than for the whole lorry.
What is the difference between part load and full truck load?
A full truck load hires a whole vehicle for one consignment. A part load shares the vehicle. We run part load and parcel work only and do not take full truckload jobs, so nothing waits for a lorry to fill.
How is part load transport charged?
You pay for the space your consignment takes, not for a whole lorry. The rate depends on the weight and size, the lane and what you are sending, and we quote a firm figure before you book.
Is part load transport available from Vijayawada?
Yes. Vijayawada is our head office and hub, and 17 lanes start there: 12 at 24 hours, four at 48 hours and Vijayawada to Nellore at 24 to 48 hours.
How long does a part load take?

How do I make a part load booking?
Call your branch, walk in to the counter, request a pickup online or send the details through the rate form. Vijayawada is on 0866 2458539, Hyderabad on 040 29328755, Visakhapatnam on 0891 3103308 and Kadapa on 08562 255899. Book before 4:00 PM for the next 24 or 48 hour slot.
What if my load is above 3 tonnes?
Speed Service sends a dedicated vehicle for loads above 3 tonnes, from Vijayawada, Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam to any location, with the destination, vehicle and timing agreed before dispatch.
Are my goods safe sharing a lorry with other consignments?
Every part load travels in a closed body vehicle from our own fleet, so nothing is exposed to rain or dust, and every vehicle has GPS. Each consignment is booked with its own LR number and e-way bills are monitored daily.
