How our distribution service works
Distribution is the routine side of transport: stock leaving the same factory or warehouse, week after week, for the same dealers, distributors and stores. We set a pickup plan around your shipping volume, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly, so collection is planned rather than arranged from scratch every time.
From the pickup, consignments travel as part load or parcel on our own closed body lorries and reach the receiving location on the lane’s published tier. Every consignment has its own LR number, and your team gets SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates and MIS reports by email.
The service follows how the region’s manufacturers actually ship: auto component makers supplying dealer networks, feed manufacturers selling to aqua dealers, agrochemical companies reaching rural and semi-urban markets, and FMCG and grocery stock going out to stores. It is transport and distribution in one plan, from the manufacturing origin to the dealer or distributor destination.

How a distribution plan runs

Tell us your origin, destinations, what you ship, the typical weight and how often you dispatch. We set the pickup days around that volume.
Stage 2 of 4Collect
We collect from your dock on the planned days. Each consignment is booked with its own LR number and loaded in a closed body lorry from our fleet.
Stage 3 of 4On the road
Every vehicle runs with GPS and FASTag. E-way bills are monitored daily, with extensions handled in transit, so a consignment is not held up on paperwork.
Stage 4 of 4Deliver and report
Consignments reach your dealers’ doors on the lane’s tier. You get SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates and MIS reports by email, so your team knows what has landed without calling around.

What is distribution logistics?

Which pickup schedules can I choose?
Daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly, set around your shipping volume. Tell us how often you dispatch and we plan the pickup days around it.
Do you deliver to every dealer on my list?
We deliver to 145 locations: 128 in Andhra Pradesh, 11 in Telangana, five delivery points in Chennai and Tumakuru in Karnataka. Share your dealer list and we will confirm which are direct and which are ODA locations, where the final leg is confirmed at booking.
How will I know my dealers have received their stock?
You get SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates, every consignment can be tracked by its LR number, and regular shippers get MIS reports by email.
Which industries do you distribute for?

Where can my distribution start from?

How is distribution charged?
It depends on the weight and size of the consignments, the lanes and what you ship. Send the details through the rate form and we will quote for your plan.
What is the booking cutoff?
Consignments booked before 4:00 PM qualify for the next 24 or 48 hour slot. Branch counters are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
