What the daily parcel service is
Our daily parcel service is for businesses that send a few cartons, bags or bundles at a time and cannot wait for a full lorry. You book before the 4:00 PM cutoff, the parcel goes on the next scheduled departure on its lane, and it reaches the other end on the 24 hour tier. It runs every working day, whether you are sending one carton or a stack of them.
It is a lorry parcel service run on our own fleet. Every parcel travels in a closed body vehicle from our 45 plus BharatBenz and Tata lorries, with GPS on every vehicle. Nothing waits on a market lorry, and nothing sits exposed to rain or dust on the way.
The service is built for dealers, distributors and manufacturers who move stock on a routine: spare parts to dealer networks, feed to aqua dealers, agrochemicals to rural retailers, garments to stores. A fixed pickup day, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly, keeps that routine going without a phone call each time.

Stage 1 of 4Book
Call your branch, walk in to the counter or request a pickup online. Book before 4:00 PM and the parcel qualifies for the next 24 hour slot. Tell us the origin, the destination, what you are sending, the weight and how often you ship.
Stage 2 of 4Collect and load
We collect from your dock, or you hand the parcel in at the branch counter. You get an LR number when the consignment is booked, and the parcel is loaded on a closed body lorry from our own fleet.
Stage 3 of 4On the road
Every vehicle runs with GPS and FASTag. E-way bills are monitored daily, with extensions handled in transit, so a parcel is not held up on paperwork.
Stage 4 of 4Delivered
Your receiver gets the parcel at their door, which is what a parcel delivery service should mean. You get SMS and WhatsApp delivery updates, and regular shippers get MIS reports by email.

Do you pick up parcels from my shop or godown?
Yes. We collect from your factory, godown or shop and deliver to your receiver’s door. Regular shippers can set a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly pickup.
Can I send a parcel to a place that is not on a daily lane?

Can I book a parcel at the counter instead of arranging a pickup?
